New for 2021 ~ COMMUNITY DAY

Kiddy Day Parade

Kiddy Day will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the band shell by the river, where costumed children may register for judging and participation in the Kiddy Day Parade. Parade registration ends at 10:45 a.m. The parade will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. going throughout the riverside park. In case of rain, all events will be moved to the Hutchinson Recreation Center.

Categories for the Kiddy Day parade are:

• Movie & TV Characters
• Sports Figures
• Historical Figures
• Storybook Characters
• Pets & Animals
• Wheels & Wagons
• Clowns & Bums
• Miscellanous

Cash prizes will be awarded to the parade entries that are judged to be first, second and third place winners in each of the eight categories. Prizes will be presented during the program following the parade.

Junior Royalty Coronation

Immediately following the Kiddy Day Parade, the Junior Queen and Commodore will be named.
