Q. What are the dates for the next Water Carnival?
A. The 72nd Annual Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival will be held June 9-15, 2014.
Q. How do I become a Water Carnival Queen Candidate?
A. Each year, 8 women vie for the title of Miss Hutchinson and Princess.  For more information on how to become a 2014 Water Carnival Queen Candidate, click here or contact the Water Carnival Queens Chair, Leah Watzke, at 320-582-0023 or email at watzke81@hotmail.com.
Q. Where can I get general Water Carnival related information?
A. The Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce can answer many questions – call 320-587-5252 for help. During Water Carnival weekend, festival headquarters is at the Best Western Victorian Inn of Hutchinson.  You can continue to follow this website as well as our official Facebook page and Twitter feed for the most timely and accurate festival related updates.
Q. Who is the Water Carnival committee?
A. The Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival committee consists mainly of members from the Hutchinson Jaycees. Many other volunteers are needed, and you are encouraged to contact committee members if you wish to participate.
Q. Can my business or group have a float in the Grande Day Parade?
A.

Yes! There is a set entry fee for commercial entries, and special rates for non-profit organizations. We do have a ceiling on the number of parade entries, so contact us early. Sorry, we do not allow political entries.  More info>>
