2008 marks the 66th year of the Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival. Started in 1942, Water Carnival has evolved into a multi-event celebration of a community that is constantly growing. It is estimated that the Grande Day Parade, one of the largest parades in the state of Minnesota, attracts over 20,000 spectators.
