Junior Royalty Registration Form

Please have a parent complete this form and attach and non-returnable photo taken within the last six months. Junior Royalty Candidates must be between the ages of 7-9 during the week of Water Carnival (June 10-16) and must reside in the Hutchinson School District.

Submissions must be received by Friday, April 26th, 2024.
