The Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Committee is excited to announce an open call for design submission for the much-anticipated 2026 Water Carnival Button. We invite and encourage the public to unleash their creativity and contribute to the vibrancy of this annual celebration.
Designs should incorporate up to three colors, including black (white does not count as one of the three colors). Submissions must include the following details:

There are minimal restrictions on the size of the design, but it should be suitable for reproduction on a button approximately 2 inches in diameter. High-resolution image files are a requirement for all submissions to be used on the posters and buttons.
As an incentive for participants, a cash prize awaits the creators of the winning designs. The first-place winner will receive $75.00, the runner-up $50.00, and the third-place designer will be awarded $30.00.
