2026 Mr. Hutchinson & Woman of the Year

Nominations for the 2026 Mr. Hutchinson and Women of the Year awards are now closed.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination this year—we were truly inspired by the incredible members of our community who were nominated.

If your nominee is not selected for 2026, we strongly encourage you to nominate them again in 2027. Thank you for helping us celebrate and recognize outstanding individuals in our community!

Mr. Hutchinson and Woman of the Year are distinguished honors presented during the Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival to celebrate individuals whose leadership, compassion, and service have made a meaningful and lasting impact on the Hutchinson community. These awards recognize residents who consistently go above and beyond through volunteerism, civic engagement, and an unwavering commitment to strengthening the community. Each recipient embodies the true spirit and heart of Hutchinson—dedicated, generous, and inspiring to those around them. Honoring Mr. Hutchinson and the Woman of the Year is a cherished Water Carnival tradition that shines a spotlight on the individuals who help make Hutchinson a vibrant, caring, and thriving place to call home.

Nomination Requirements and Important Details:

• Nominees should be local residents of Hutchinson.
• Nominees should be over the age of 18 and have made significant contributions to Hutchinson.
• The nomination form should clearly describe the impact the nominee has made in the community.
• Please include any additional information that you believe will be helpful for our committee to understand why the nominee should be selected for the title of Mr. Hutchinson or Woman of the Year. This information may include supplemental documents, personal statements, and letters from the community.

Nominations can be submitted in one of the following ways:
1. Complete the online nomination form.
2. Complete the printable nomination form and upload it in the Document Portal below.
3. Complete the printable nomination form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the nomination form.
