Winning button designs have been selected for the 70th Annual Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival. First place, a $75 prize, will be awarded to Jason Paulson for his creative and inspiring design. A $50 second place prize will go to Janet Duesterhoeft Anderson. The third place prize of $30 will go to Danny Masica. Watch for Paulson’s artwork during this year’s Water Carnival activities! The Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Committee would like to thank all of the talented individuals that submitted designs for this year’s Button Design Contest.
