The Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Committee is excited to announce an open call for design submission for the much-anticipated 2024 Water Carnival Button. We invite and encourage the public to unleash their creativity and contribute to the vibrancy of this annual celebration.
Designs should incorporate up to three colors, along with black and/or white. Submissions must include the following details:

There are minimal restrictions on the size of the design, but it should be suitable for preproduction on a button approximately 2 inches in diameter. High-resolution image files are a requirement for all submissions.
As an incentive for participants, a cash prize awaits the creators of the winning designs. The first-place winner will receive $75.00, the runner-up $50.00, and the third-place designer will be awarded $30.00.
